In 2018, 17,000+ team members heard Rocket’s executive leadership showcase their teams’ biggest wins and share where the company is heading. Our project team created a flexible identity for this all-company event, which was applied to print and digital communications, arena wayfinding, stage design, social engagement and the show’s video content. The theme of “translation” connected to the company’s currently running broadcast spots, where the complex mortgage process is made simple to understand. We explored rudimentary shapes and primary colors, and paired this minimal style with an animated alphabet to showcase a process of the complex distilling into simple.
