Rocket Companies (previously Quicken Loans) prides itself on innovative products and being “obsessed with finding a better way”, so standard plaques and trophies were an ill-fitting gift for their team members with more than 20 years of tenure. Jessie and I worked with RS Owens to create this set of 5 pillars, or "beams."

Our challenge was to establish a trophy design that was repeatable, executable, scalable, predictable, and represented the culture of the organization. We chose colored crystal glass to represent the brightly colored environment and multifaceted team members, and created a mixed-material base of metal and wood. The shapes within the set of pillars resemble an emerging cityscape, a nod to Rocket’s campus expansion and community outreach.
